5. ACCOMMODATION
   • GENERAL
     • M/Y AZTECA II is a distinctly shaped and conspicuously elegant megayacht built into a welded-steel hull of 50 mtrs. The great onboard luxury and comfort is the result of combining high quality and technology with functionality. She offers spacious and elegant accommodation for twelve guests in six cabins. The full beam Owners Suite is located on main deck. One full beam VIP suite and four guest’s cabins are located on the Lower Deck. This state of the art mega yacht is fitted with two Caterpillar Engines of 2,250 HP each, generating a cruising speed of about 16 knots. The range in economical speed of 12 knots is 5,400 nm.
   • LOWER DECK
     • Accommodates the VIP suite plus two double cabins and two twin cabins, a lobby and stairs to go up to the main deck and upper deck. This deck also accommodates the crew area and laundry.
   • MAIN DECK
     • Fwd area is used to house the Air conditioning room, aft of this are two double crew cabins for the Engineer and 1st mate, after that the Owner suite begins, which includes an owner’s Office full equipped, moving out we find the main lobby followed by the Main salon, with two areas, the dining table and a large TV lounge area.
   • UPPER DECK
     • Here we have the Wheelhouse, Captain Cabin, another lobby, and the main guest area which includes a TV Saloon with a poker table and a very large Al Fresco Area with a bar and a twelve seat mahogany table.

14. REFIT NOTESIn July of 2013, AZTECA II completed a full paint job, major refit of the engine room, 4-fin stabilisers were added, replacement of the A/C units and all teak has been resurfaced.
